This lesson is part of my introductory entrepreneurship course that begins by understanding what we can do (product/service) and our market. Please notice there is a difference between this course and the one found in the introductory entrepreneurship course: There we will discuss the feasibility and viability of a business idea you may have, or a concrete problem you want to give a solution. Here we will talk about what we can do, from the get-go, nothing else is required. How to do that, is what we will learn to do here.

 CROSS-CONTEXT AND CROSS-DISCIPLINARY EXPERIENCES

We are all human beings, Men, women, or children of the human spice, equal in many ways but wonderfully different. I believe that is the most important part to learn, we are equal before the law, equal in our dreams, appetites, fears, and expectations but also incredibly different and diverse. Our worries and fantasies make us universal, but the road that leads us here makes us different, which makes us unique. You may be a teacher, a nurse, or a software engineer as there are many in the world, but you are the only one who is agnostic, raised as X, and married to a foreign wife, or with a sibling or parent, or kid facing a mobile disability, or maybe you are the same as any John Smith, but you are immigrant, polyglot, or coming from a war zone, or maybe you were a dancer, a musician or a painter before becoming an accountant. All these innumerable commutations make you unique, not special, but unique, it makes you able to use your cross-context and cross-disciplinary experiences to add value to your community, the market, or to an ecosystem. 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Author and businessmen Robert Kyosaki created several years ago the cashflow quadrant, a tool to explain economic mobility, and Erica Wolfe Murray, business & innovation expert and author has written about using your life experience to create unique products and services due to your personal life experiences that can help your small or micro business to grow without any special or additional investment. Our objective here is to combine that knowledge to help entrepreneurs to discover which products or services can they create with the resources physical or intellectual that they already have at hand and create a small portfolio to show to potential clients after completing the course.
