Your journey
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" says the famous Chinese proverb.
This is already step 2
If you are here is because you have decided to change something, achieve something, or create something. Is probably that you still are not 100% sure of what it is, nevertheless, I congratulate you for giving another step forward to your dream.
Starting is difficult, always, and cannot sugarcoat this for you, but I can do something else: I can give you a map, a roadmap. I've been an entrepreneur for a while and most of the time, things don't go as planned, so is always better to have, besides a plan a map, not only to guide us but also to let us step back and analyze what didn't work in the first place.
What would you find in this product?
You will get here the Founder's roadmap, a printable PDF document that you can print and hang on your bedroom, office, kitchen wherever, and start mapping your own journey.
This map is similar to a customer journey map, where we identify the friction points and user sentiment of a customer but in this case, the customer is you, you as a founder. Remember, is about taking control of your life, of your story.
Becoming an entrepreneur is not only about having an idea, but to execute it, make it a reality and that's the difficult part. There are several steps and considerations to take even to check if your great idea is actually useful to someone, moreover, if that someone is willing to pay for it. This roadmap will help you figure that out.
I create this roadmap based on what textbooks, mentors, and incubators recommend and filtered it a little with my and other founder's experiences. I hope it will help you and especially I hope it serves you to save the most valuable asset you have: time.
You can read it horizontally to understand the steps you need to take along your journey or vertically to consider the phases you will go over it. When you read it, I hope, you will notice how simple it is, sometimes the only tool you need is common sense. But take your time and think about it, starting from the left, high corner and reflect on your ideas and on what you want to achieve.
If you can put all that in a calendar, the roadmap already gave you value.
It might be the best dollar you've spent.
